Anne Curtis Smith, a Filipino Australian model actress record artist and television host is the recipient of numerous honors throughout her professional career. It includes two FAMAS Awards one Luna Award as well as two Metro Manila Film Festival Awards. Her film career has seen her nominated for a total of 8 PMPC Star Awards in the Movies category and the two Gawad Urian Award. Curtis has appeared in a number of television series, including Hiram kampanerang Kuba (2005) Maging Sino Ka Man Dyosa 2008 Green Rose 2011 and Kailangan Ko'y Ikaw 2013. Mars Ravelos Dyesebel featured her as the Komiks classic character Dyesebel. She also hosted the show that aired at midday, Showtime from 2009 to 2020. She portrayed in 2014 the famous Komiks characters Dyesebel in the Mars Ravelo show Dyesebel. In addition, she hosted the midday variety show It's Showtime between 2009 and 2020. Curtis is the daughter of Carmencita Ojales, a Filipina born in Bolinao Pangasinan, and James Ernest Curtis Smith, an Australian attorney. She was born at Yarrawonga located in Victoria, Australia. Her father married Ojales on the 29th of October, 1982. Her younger brother Jasmine has also become an actor. Clare is a cousin of theirs on the father's end. Clare passed away at 4 months of age in 2007 after suffering from a cardio-vascular disease.
